MEDITATION MONDAY
Meditate on scripture in creative ways.
At Refuge, we encourage our members to sit in the driver's seat of their faith. Rather than waiting for the Church to schedule events, we set up our faith family to engage with God at their own pace. Why wait for Sunday when we have the chance for daily devotion? Spirit Week is how we become the Church instead of just attending one. We invite you to grow and nurture your faith walk all week long.
WHAT IS THE HUB?
You’ll often hear us use "Refuge" and "The HUB" interchangeably — and that’s intentional. Refuge is who we are: a faith familiy committed to living out our faith every day, not just on Sundays. It’s the heart and mission behind everything we do. The HUB, on the other hand, is our physical space — the building that quite literally and figuratively supports that mission. It’s more than just a place where we gather for worship; it’s designed to be a central resource for our community throughout the week.
In practical terms, The HUB is a versatile, multipurpose building available for rent and community use. It serves as an extension of our calling to be the Church beyond the walls of tradition — a place where relationships are built, creativity is nurtured, needs are met, and lives are impacted. Whether it’s through events, gatherings, workshops, or support services, The HUB exists to embody Refuge’s mission in everyday, tangible ways.
